KAPsurvey does not offer a free subscription package. However, we provide complimentary trial periods ranging from 1-6 months, depending on the nature of your organization. This trial offer is designed to help you fully explore and understand our services, ensuring they align well with your organization's needs.
For KAPsurvey, you can conveniently make payments online via your account using Stripe, a secure payment processor. We are also happy to explore other payment methods with you such as a direct bank transfer or we offer local bank payment options in over 12 countries around the world.
Both monthly and annual subscription fees are automatically billed to your registered method of payment at the start of each billing cycle. For annual subscriptions, there's also the option to pay via invoice or bank transfer. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, with the cancellation becoming effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Once you subscribe to a new plan with KAPsurvey and your payment is processed, you'll receive an email containing your invoice and payment receipt. Additionally, you can download these documents directly from your KAPsurvey account. To do so, visit the 'Organization Management Page' in your account settings and select the 'Invoice History' section. Here, you can easily download any invoice you need. Please note that all pricing and payments detailed in the invoices are in USD, and currency conversions are managed by Stripe, our payment processor. We are able to work with you to match our invoice to your organizational needs, providing detailed breakdowns within the invoice.
If you cancel your paid plan with KAPsurvey, your data and files will not be immediately deleted. Instead, they will be archived and retained in your account for an additional 30 days. This allows you some time to access and manage your data before it is permanently removed from the system. We are happy to active your free plan where you will be able to store data for an extended period of time.
